Savoury Sauces
We have created our savoury sauces for use in a variety of ways. They can be served hot or cold but never boiled. Take some quality meat, fish or vegetables – add some great sauce – you have a delicious, quick and hassle free meal in minutes .
All the savoury sauces are gluten free, dairy free and suitable for vegans and vegetarians (with the exception of the New York Steak sauce which contains anchovies). |

Pineapple & Red Chilli Savoury Sauce

Coconut, Lime & Ginger Savoury Sauce

Peppered Steak Savoury Sauce
Rich and spicy and great with steaks, sausages and goat’s cheese – and mackerel too!

Roasted Red Pepper Savoury Sauce
A rounded pepper taste with a hint of chives. Great poured over pasta, with chicken or white fish. Size 250ml (Prices & Order Form PDF) |
| Stir-Fry |
A few minutes before your stir fry is ready, take off the heat add a
little sauce, mix, taste, adjust and warm through. |
| Marinade |
Preferably marinade meat, fish or vegetables for 12 – 24 hours then pan fry, grill or BBQ. Add extra sauce at the end for more flavour and texture. |
| Drizzle |
Use either cold straight from the bottle as a table sauce or try hot. Gently warm a small amount in a pan then pour over the food. Do not overheat. |
| Dips |
Pour neat into a bowl and dip away with raw vegetables, tiger prawns, spring rolls, etc. Add crème fraiche for a creamier taste. |
| Salads |
Mix with mayonnaise, yoghurt or crème fraiche for a tasty dressing suitable for potato, pasta and rice salads. Adjust to suit. |
