We aim to make the ordering process simple but are not currently taking payments over the internet.
To Order by Post:
Print and complete the order form and send to us with a cheque made payable to Woodchester Fine Foods Ltd at:

To Order by Fax:
Simply print and complete the order form and fax to us on 01453 839392. We will contact you to arrange payment.
To Order by Phone:
If you would prefer to pay by Debit or Credit card please telephone us with your order on 01452 839469 between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Our answer phone is permanently on in case we are busy with other customers so please leave a message if we are unable to take your call immediately and we will call you back as soon as possible.
To Order by Email:
You can email us at any time with your order and we will reply at the earliest opportunity and arrange payment with you. We can accept most credit and debit cards but not American Express. Minimum order value to pay by card is £10.
Customer Service Information / Terms & Conditions:
We will process your order on receipt of payment and the products will be despatched to you within 7 working days. Please note our delivery cost is £4.95 per order (to each UK address) and FREE delivery is available for orders over £45. Our products will be delivered to you by next day courier. A signature will normally be required on receipt so please advise a delivery address where there will be someone to accept the order.
Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday. We will advise you if we believe there may be a delay with your delivery for any reason. All of our products are stock items but should any item be temporarily out of stock we will advise you immediately.
Should your order be damaged or there is a discrepancy on receipt please advise us within three working days. Please initially advise us by email or telephone to arrange replacement and/or return. If it is necessary to return the goods to us please send them back to us in the original packaging for a refund on the credit/debit card or bank account used on the original purchase. We strongly suggest that you obtain proof of posting.
We regret that claims will not be accepted if we are not advised in accordance with the above. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man and outside the UK mainland please contact us as different rates and times may apply.
Woodchester Fine Foods reserves the right to remove or cease to supply any product on this website at any time and without notice. Prices, product details and offers may also change without notice and all products are subject to availability.
